Growing Up Online

Wired kids...digital natives. These are both accurate descriptions of today's teens. Just how radically is technology changing the experience of childhood? When this generation literally speaks another language, communication can break down despite the promise that these technologies will connect us.

To further consider this in light of God's word for families, members of the wired generation & their parents are invited to an evening viewing of the Frontline Special Growing Up Online on Sunday, March 28 from 6:308:30 p.m. in Meeting Space 3. Discussion among the family members will be encouraged, as well as large group discussion. A panel of Concordia students will lead the discussion. Parents and middle/high schoolers are invited to attend also. To preview the movie, go to http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/kidsonline/
